Maggie Borgmann
Clinical Director

Maggie Borgmann, LIMHP, LICSW is the Jenda Family Services Clinical Director and has been with Jenda for over nine years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln. Maggie received her Master of Social Work from The University of Nebraska – Omaha. Through her time at Jenda, she has also been involved with family support, visitation, and Intensive Family Preservation. In addition, she has experience in mental health partial care in working with older adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Her work as clinical director has progressed Jenda Outpatient Clinic into new services through tele-behavioral health and her continued work with Nebraska Probation and Department of Health and Human Services. Maggie facilitates Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills group and provides individual mental health counseling to adults. In addition, she conducts Co-occurring, substance use and mental health assessments for both adults and adolescents. Her areas of expertise include: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mental Health Treatment for Adults and Older Adults.

nancy ehlers
Outpatient Therapist, IFP/R Supervisor

Nancy Ehlers joined Jenda’s Outpatient Clinic in August of 2023 as an Intensive Family Preservation (IFP) therapist and became the IFP supervisor in April of 2024. Nancy has earned her Master of Secondary Teaching degree from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and her Master of Social Work degree from University of Nebraska in Omaha. Nancy had a variety of experiences prior to coming to Jenda, which included working as a middle school and high school science teacher in the Lincoln Public Schools. 

In addition to her work with the IFP program at Jenda, Nancy also provides therapeutic services to adolescents and adults in the outpatient clinic. Nancy is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She has a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach in working with clients and their families.

Jessica zach
Outpatient Therapist

Jessica Zach, PLMHP, joined Jenda Family Services in April 2024 as an Intensive Family Preservation and Reunification therapist before transitioning to the Outpatient Clinic in January 2025. She earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska. Through outpatient therapy, Jessica works with children, adolescents, and families, creating a compassionate space to navigate challenges and promote emotional growth. Jessica brings five years of experience working with an international non-profit that supports families worldwide, equipping her to offer clients an inclusive and culturally informed perspective. Jessica strives to create a safe and nurturing environment in therapeutic sessions to help children and families express themselves and strengthen their relationships.

amanda mason
Outpatient Therapist

Amanda Mason, MS, LIMHP, LADC, joined Jenda Family Services in July 2021. Amanda graduated in 2012 from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelors in Psychology and graduated in 2015 with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Amanda completed an internship at St. Monica’s for LADC license and completes substance use evaluations and runs substance use groups.

Amanda specializes in EMDR therapy for treating trauma, working with individuals that suffer from anxiety and depression, and is an LGBTQ+ ally.

Lindsay brundege
Outpatient Therapist

Lindsay joined Jenda Family Services in July of 2021. Lindsay graduated with a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2007 and earned her Master's in Counseling from Doane College in 2014. Lindsay has over 15 years of human service experience working in direct care, family support, intensive family preservation, foster care, mental health, and addictions. She has been licensed as a Mental Health Therapist and Drug and Alcohol Counselor since 2014.

She primarily works with adults dealing with a variety of issues, including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment issues, substance use, eating disorders and more. Lindsay's primary therapeutic focus includes CBT, DBT, and EMDR. Lindsay can also complete Mental Health, Co-Occurring, and Substance Use Evaluations. Lindsay provides a non-judgmental and safe space for people to express thoughts and feelings, and she has a passion for helping others heal and find healthy solutions to change and better their lives.

nicole radtke
Outpatient Therapist

Nicole Radtke, LIMHP, LICSW, joined Jenda Family Services in 2020. Nicole initially served as an intensive family preservation therapist, until transitioning to the Outpatient Clinic in 2023. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and Psychology from Olivet Nazarene University and a Master of Social Work from Azusa Pacific University. Nicole has over 10 years of experience working primarily with birth families and adoptive families in domestic infant adoption. Nicole facilitates Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills groups to adults. Nicole aims to provide a calm and safe space for those needing extra support for a season and empowers clients to create the life they want to live.
